Email info@echosatlas.com

Include the app version and build, iOS version, iPhone model, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue occurs with downloaded station audio, an imported file, or a GPS story.

Publisher and support

Echo's Atlas Radio: Hawaii is published and supported by Raven Key Labs. Contact info@echosatlas.com for product support, accessibility help, or questions about this support page.

Version and build identification

Current releaseVersion 1.0 · $9.99 once · No subscription
Supported systemiOS 17 or later

Download Echo's Atlas Radio from the US App Store. If the App Store shows a newer version, use that version number in your support message. Also include the iOS version from Settings → General → About and your iPhone model.

Offline station and story audio

Bundled audio will not play

  1. Confirm media volume and the selected Bluetooth or AirPlay output.
  2. Pause, wait a moment, then press play again.
  3. Close and reopen Echo's Atlas Radio.
  4. If storage is extremely low, free space and restart the iPhone.

An imported file is missing

  1. Open the music library and import the compatible file again.
  2. Confirm the original file can still be opened from Files.
  3. Deleting Echo's Atlas Radio removes its private imported copy, but not the original source file.

The bundled station and available story narration are designed to work without a network connection after installation. External story-source links leave the app and may need internet access.

Location permissions and GPS stories

Use stories while the app is open

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
  2. Select Echo's Atlas Radio and allow location While Using the App.
  3. Keep Precise Location on for the most reliable nearby-story matching.
  4. Return to Echo's Atlas Radio and arm the selected story route.

Optional background story alerts

Background alerts are off by default. If you turn them on, Echo's Atlas Radio may ask for Notifications and Always location. You can turn the feature off in the app or revoke either permission in Settings at any time.

Weak or delayed GPS signal

Move outdoors with a clear view of the sky, keep the app open for the first fix, and wait briefly. Tunnels, garages, dense buildings, mountains, and heavy tree cover can delay GPS. Echo's Atlas Radio is a listening companion, not a navigation app.

Playback, interruptions, and audio routes

  • Check Control Center to confirm audio is routed to the intended iPhone, Bluetooth, or AirPlay destination.
  • Calls, alarms, Siri, route changes, and other audio apps can interrupt playback. Return to Echo's Atlas Radio and press play when the interruption ends.
  • If a nearby story plays, the current music position is preserved and the song should resume after the story.
  • Set up the route and playback while parked. If the vehicle is moving, let a passenger handle interactive controls.

Accessibility help

Echo's Atlas Radio supports iOS accessibility settings including VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, and adjustable playback controls. If a control is unlabeled, text clips at a larger Dynamic Type size, focus order is confusing, or an animation remains uncomfortable with Reduce Motion enabled, include the screen, orientation, and accessibility setting in your support request.

Readable story cards remain available when approved narration is unavailable.

Privacy and local data

Echo's Atlas Radio does not require an account and does not upload precise location. Location matching, story signals, and playback history stay on the iPhone. See the Echo's Atlas Radio privacy policy for storage, retention, notifications, and deletion details.
